Data controller wishes to inform you that the use of your personal data on the part of its personnel will be carried out in accordance with the purposes and in the manner specified in this privacy policy. Lgs. 196\/2003 ' right of access to personal data and other rights. 1. the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him\/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form. 2. the interested party has the right to obtain the indication: a) the origin of the personal data; (b)) the purposes and methods of handling; (c)) of the logic applied in case of treatment effected with the aid of electronic instruments; (d)) of the identification of the holder, the Responsibles and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, comma 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may come to know it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents. 3. the interested party has the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data treated in violation of law, inclusive those of which not the maintenance is necessary in relationship to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been brought to knowledge, also as it regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. 4. the interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him\/her, even if relevant to the purpose of collection; (b)) to the processing of personal data concerning him\/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
