The Fregoli Farmhouse boasts a secular tradition and experience in extravirgin olive oil production.
Its mill has been working since the early 17th century, duly adjusted to modern production techniques and innovative machines though respecting the traditional harvesting of the olives by hand.
The present closed loop plant allows olive oil extraction at low temperature protecting organolectic features, keeping both the aroma and peculiar fruit taste of DOP olive oil "Terre di Siena" intact.
